This is really frustrating!

I cannot trust this Drive Application.

It is a flaky, buggy and should be taken out and

replaced with some other mechanism to manage drives

on the LAN.

I delete files on my drive from Windows and it keeps

coming back.

If others are having the same problem, please report here

so we can get this Drive Application fixed or scrapped and replaced with something else.

Samba , maybe?

Can someone in Pogoplug team address this problem and
report here? I am complaing here after spending countless
hours of testing and wasting my time.
In my opinion, users should not keep any file
that is valuable to them in Pogoplug drives
unless it is backed up. Pogoplug is now just a toy
and not a device to be taken seriously,
unless you have time to waste.
It should be sold only in Toys or US.

Works fine for me using either XP Pro (32 bit) or Windows 7 Enterprise (64 bit). Works if I am attached via LAN or internet. Works with default drive mapping (P:) or remapped drive letter.

The only "problem" that I ever have with the PogoPlug Drive app is that it sometimes needs to be reloaded when my system returns from sleep mode, which is a minor inconvenience at worst.

two options to delete files that will not go away. I had the same problem, especially after trying to remove folders/files that were back ups to MY DOCUMENTS. I deleted all the files but was unable to delete the folder and sub-folders. I could change the names and I could delete the sub-folders but the deleted folders would reappear. SOLUTION 1) disconnect the drive from the pogoplug and connect directly to your PC and delete the folders. SOLUTION 2) log on the the pogoplug web interface and delete the folders there, worked for me. bye
