I can't get my photos to upload. I have tried saving them as jpgs and then saving them for web devices. I began with Windows Explorer and then when that didn't work switched to Firefox. They upload 32k of whatever the picture is and then stop. I have tried one at a time and I have tried a whole batch. I am trying to share my photos with my family. Please help.

Are you at the same location as the Pogoplug?, I found it best to copy the jpegs from pc to usb stick then transfer the stick to the Pogo.

and what can I do when a friend has the same problem by uploading pics to my pogoplug?

I found out what's wrong. If the IE8 Add-on "Shockwave Flash Object" is activated, the upload frequently does not work and stopps at 32k. Deactivate it and another uploadwindow is displaying. This way, the upload works.
