Everytime I try to stream to the PS3 it comes up 'the data is corrupted'. It also won't let me copy across to the PS3 harddrive. The files are in their original form (mostly avi) with transcoding turned off.

What am I doing wrong? WHat can I do to make it work?

like everyone else, you have the firmware 2.5.3 which can be seen at mypogoplug.com under general settings (not the UI settings below but actual drive version). This firmware (updated last week) destroyed any media sharing with PS3 or Xbox. They say that 2.5.4 is being downloaded as we speak (started two days ago) but I have not seen it yet. Those who do have the new firmware says that it does fix the problem of the "data is corrupted"

You need to turn on UDP port 4365 on your router. The same problem happened to me

You need to turn UDP port 4365 on your router. This happened to me also. I have a D-link router. Good luck
