I've been updated and streaming to PS3 still doesn't work...even after a reboot.

There is a small UI change, but nothing else.

What gives?

The UI change is a cosmetic only change on the Media settings page.
Do all 3 versions, Device, UI and Service version say they are at 2.5.4 when on the settings page?

Ahhhhh! I see it! Service and UI are 2.5.4, but the device is still 2.5.3.

My bad.

So... this begs the question: when will we get the 2.5.4 update, and will it fix the PS3 connectivity issue?
