I recently upgraded my iPhone app to 3.0. Now saved videos on my drive won't play. They played great until I upgraded. Now they play for about 1-2 seconds, then it goes back to the folder list.

Is there something I haven't done?

Same thing on iPad. New Version downloaded today (10.10.10) won't play any movies in any format. Just closes and comes back to folder list.

My 3.0 Update is on my iPhone and the files are mp4 or m4v i can't remember. But it doesb't matter. The files ran fine before, they don't now.

I have an old iPod Touch (gen 1). My iTunes automatically updated to the new Pogoplug version. Of course, it doesn't work my Gen 1, so it deleted it from the Touch. How do I get an old version of the app?

Can you tell me the firmware version of your Pogoplug for users that are having problems? It may be related to a streaming issue on your Pogoplug rather than the iPhone/iPad.

I don't know since I am at my office and the Pogoplug is at home. (if there is a way to check from my office, I'd like to know). All I know is that the only change I made was upgrade my Pogo app to 3.0. That broke the streaming. I didn't do anything else.

Videos for me will only play if I'm on WiFi. If I'm trying to play them over 3G and select a video it will jump to the play back screen (like normal) and then immediately exit. Very annoying, especially considering I can play the videos if I go to http://my.pogoplug.com in Safari on my iPhone. Firmware 2.5.6 and the videos were transcoded by the Pogoplug.
