I have the same issue. About once a week, I get an error stating my password is no longer valid. Happens on the iphone, the mac via the finder add-on and via the web page. Resetting it to the same password solves the problem for a week or so. Almost makes the device useless as it only fails when critical info is requested. How does it know?!?!

Hello, I am new.. I downloaded the software to access my drive from my computer in Mac OS.. When I put in my email address and password it says it is not valid... I might have forgotten it and I don't see a place to find out what it is or how to change it if I need to . Can someone help? Thanks so much:)
I am having the exact same issue... I've tried the passwords I would have used and it isn't allowing me in.
Try finding your activation e-mail, I was able to get into the pogoplug page from the activation e-mail they sent me, but I can't seem to change the password.
On the site, I go to:
Settings -> Security Settings -> Change password.
I've tried a lot of times and I'm getting "A specified password is incorrect, please try again."
