For the first time I have posted s.th. directly from Pogoplug to Facebook.

What I do not appreciate is that you cannot limit this to friends of my choice. You can copy the link and everybody will be able to access the file I posted. This should be changed.

I'm pretty sure that Facebook has an option to limit posts on your Wall to only certain friends. I believe this works as a "blanket" for anything you post; in other words, you can set it as a default. I would play around with the settings in Facebook a little more and see if you can customize things further - that's not a Pogoplug thing, rather, a Facebook thing, I think.

Hi Peter
Not quite correct.
You can restrict Facebook applications like 'Notes' or 'Links' to certain people or groups of people e.g. 'Only Friends' or 'Friends of Friends'.
PogoplugPoster is an external application which cannot be adjusted the same way.
I had prepared some screenshots for you and put them together in a .pdf but realize now that I can't attach a file to this message.
Thanks
Peter

@Laundromat - Thanks for the clarification! I wasn't aware that applications that posted to your wall were treated differently/separately by Facebook. One way or another, though, that sounds like a shortcoming of Facebook and not something that Pogoplug could control?
