Morning fellow Pogoplug dudes, Ive had my Pogoplug for about a month now with no issues until last night when I tried logging into my pogoplug and was presented with this message;
HTTP/1.1 200 OK Etag: 4c984a5b-fe78 Content-Type: text/html Date: Fri, 01 Oct 2010 23:09:22 GMT Expires: Sat, 02 Oct 2010 23:09:22 GMT Cache-Control: max-age=86400 Content-Encoding: gzip Content-Length: 11323 Server: HBHTTP GENERIC - 2.5.2 - Linux
Ive tried logging onto multiple computers/web browsers
Ive also unpuluged my hard drive from the pogoplug and get the same message
Any ideas how I can fix this?
Hi all
I have an update.
I reproduced this error and resolved in the following manner:
Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit
IE8
AVG Antivirus Free 2011 (version 10.0.1.1120)
I opened the AVG User Interface
Tools, then Advanced Settings
Below LinkScanner settings, I unchecked all of the following:
- Enable Search-Shield
- Enable Surf-Shield
- Add 'Secured by Linkscanner'.....
I emptied the cache of temporary internet sites, restarted my browser and successfully logged into https://my.pogoplug.com
After successfully logging in, I reenabled all the LinkScanner settings.
I verified I could still login by logging out of my.pogoplug.com, exiting the browser, restarting Windows, and logged back in after the restart
Hope some variation of this helps you
Christopher
