Hello,

I walked the son about using the PS3 with Pogoplug postet before, but I can not solve my problem.

The Pogoplug is logged into the router with a static IP address and Mac and PS3. When I watch movies, listen to music or watch my photos on the PS3 (this is also true with my Philips TV DLNA, my Pioneer amp etc.) I see all my 3 drives, knowing that I have 4 drives connected (1 video, 1 photo, 1 and finally a music that serves as my backup but I have not checked pourlequel the cases share)) all my folders and such for the pictures I see the pictures leus name extension and the date, The same goes for music, but when I click on it to watch (or listen) I automatically entitled to the error 20710092 (or 7071053c), then with display screen of visionage: display impossible. (My TV is on file not supported!).
has no worries from the internet by cons.

I tried everything, but in vain. It bothers me a bit because the goal of Pogoplug was also able to read, listen to my files on my TV!

If you have an idea I'm interested because I confess that I dry.

Thank you in advance for your help

Are these PS3 error codes?

Here is the list of PS3 error codes and none of these are listed ;

http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/Technical-Support-Help-Advice/The-PS3-Error-Codes-List/td-p/9425406;jsessionid=F09C83FF7204A9205356247446420EDB

8071053D - Hard boot the PS3, turn off the PS3 to stand-by, flip off the back switch and completely remove the power cord. Shut off your modem/router, for approx. 5 minutes, then turn the modem back up first and let it sync. Then turn the router back on (if you're using one) and let it sync. Reconnect your power cable and flip the back switch up again. Then make a new network connection

(This is a hard reboot of your PS3 which may be worth a try!)

Perhaps the error codes have different identification codes in France.

Bonne chance!

Thank you for the reply,

I do not know if this is due to the PS3 or Pogoplug.
What seems strange is that I go without another problem Maxtor External Hard Drive (MaxStorage) on which there is music and there it works the other hand I also have access to my network PC connect?ssur also carefree.

I would try handling the PS3 I could see

If you can stream media from the pogoplug to a NAS (Network Attached Storage) and PC (Windows OS, MAC OS or Linux) then I think the problem is with PS3.

Try rebooting the PS3 as suggested in my last post then check that you have setup to this method;

Thank you

In fact I failed to tell him is that the Maxtor is not attached to the network but it is independent Pogoplug, apparently they are only attached to the disc pack Pogoplug I can play on the PS3.

I will try tomorrow manipulation described in the article who knows?

Again, thank you

Hello,

I managed to make my Pogoplug with my PS3 after a few problems and now again nothing works. Is the 2.5.3 Update (passing thank you to Christopher for his email and responsiveness to respond to my request) that would cause this problem? I can not watch videos or photos or play music. I see my external hard drives, folders and my files but nothing happens when I click on it, apart from this message again, unsupported file format and a network error!

Y is there a solution?

Thank you in advance

It's broken as of the new firmware. I don't know what they've done but I opened a ticket and they responeded with something like "yes we know". And It surely sucks because it's the function of the pogo I use the most. I asked for a ETA on a fix and got nothing but "soon"(tm). Kinda dissapionted how you can release a new version with a broken feature that was working on the old.
