hi - I initially set my "Allow Pogoplug to optimize videos for playback" to "Auto generate preview" but then could only get the XBox to show the first 10 seconds.

I've now changed the setting to "Never" and re-scanned but it hasn't effected the films that had been scanned previously and I still only get the 10 second preview.

What do I need to do to watch "old" films on my XBox that currently only show 10 seconds?

Any suggestions would be very welcome.
