I have several portable 500GB hard drives that I want to copy to the 2TB drive I have attached to my Pogoplug. 

I have been copying them from my laptop to the PP. But this is taking forever. Is there a faster way? Can I just attach the drives to the PP and transfer that way or will they still go through the PP service? 

I am only getting 1.47Mb per sec. 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You can plug the 2gb drive into your computer and transfer the files without using the Pogo. Then reattach the drive to the pogo.
