Having some problems with active sync from my mac running snow leopard.  Wondering if it is necessary to eject the pogoplug everytime I leave my network and take my laptop away.

I have active copy set to copy all of my "documents" folder it is big, but Active copy does not seem to be keeping up.  How long should it take to have new files on the pogoplug.

The files are not very big <1 gig, on a wireless network
