Hi, firstable I would to excuse me for my painful english. Please be patients.

I own a Pogoplug with a single hard disk connected, called (for example) "MY HD".

In my iPhone and iPad, once connected, I see:

- Movie

- Photo

- Music

-----------------

- MY HD    -->

- MY HD    -->

The two devices contains the same folders and their behaviours are identical. Why I have

two time "MY HD"? Thanks in advance.

Dario

Yep, same here - I see two drives when I only have one connected. . Also the iPad app crashes constantly. It's also annoying it doesn't save my user name and password on the iPad app so retyping it is getting v boring. Let's hope they get this resolved as the app/device concept is very cool.

I see the same thing on my IPHONE 3GS app.

Neither iPhone nor iPad app seem to work as well as using the web UI from either device, not to mention background music streaming. Until they update/repair both apps, I prefer to use my.pogoplug.com and forget about the apps.

double drive entries are due to a second reload or try swaping drives in the usb connections worked for me

September 13, 2010 4:51 PM

Happens if you do a second reload ,before the other clears

I've same thing. Just tired swapping drives around. No luck. How to get rid off it. Or is it a bug. iPhone app is missing a eject load drive feature on it as well.

Hi all

This is Christopher, Director of Pogoplug Support.

Just letting you know we are aware of the issue and are working on an update to the Pogoplug iApp.

We intend to submit to the App Store as soon as possible and anticipate an update will be available no later than the first week of October. I am taking into account the App Store's typical turnaround time for approvals.

Thank you all for your patience.
Christopher

Hi Christopher, Director of Pogoplug Support,

Remember this issue is not only affecting the iapp, it is also happening on the Android app too.

Hi Rob68

You are correct. Android seems to have this issue as well.

We are already working on an Android update as well.
