I get the same error message with my Blackberry Pearl Flip 8230. Any solutions yet?

Me too. I can see the first 10 files, but if i try to search or click to see more than the first 10 files, I get the "undefined server error" too.

I just installed it on my BB Torch 9800 and get the same error. Doesn't get past the login at all.

EDIT: Just figured out that if my BB is WiFi connected I don't get the error and can log in fine as well as access files. Unfortunately when I disconnect WiFi it quits working immediately. Bummer.

So I just installed on my 9650 and it only lets me log in when I try to log in as the admin -- when I try to log in as a user, I get an undefined server error.

I'm getting this error to on my BB torch even with wireless on the app is just empty.

Needs an update. Going to mail techsupport. But I had seen allot of Apple stuff on there office so just a waiting game.

Right I kept my word and had mail contact with techsupport. The mail states that there working on a major update to there Blackberry application that will support the following models:

Touch-screen models:
Torch (9800)
Tour (9630)
Storm2 (9550, 9520)
Storm (9530, 9500)

Non-touch screen models:
Bold (9700, 9650, 9000)

But a release date is not yet known. So just a waiting game. I do think that it's coming out when the pogoplug desktop app is out of beta. I could just be right.

I have been getting the "Undefined" error. I have using pogoplug to host audio files I post to Facebook. It was working for awhile, but now I am just getting the undefined error when the the link is clicked on. Is there a way to fix this?
