I'm not sure I understand your problem and this may explain why others, who are usually most helpful, on this forum have not responded to your request for assistance.
However, when I have had similar unexplained problems I have followed the steps given below. Perhaps this may help you.
===================================================================
Safely ejecting your drive from the my.pogoplug.com interface is necessary for safely unmounting your drive. It is possible for you to recover your drive from this state as long as Windows assigns a drive letter to your USB drive.
1. If the drive is still connected to your Pogoplug, please power down the unit before disconnecting the drive
2. Physically detach the drive from your Pogoplug
3. Physically attach the drive to your computer
4. From your Start Menu, open Disk Management
5. If the attached drive has been assigned a drive letter, proceed. If not, stop here and update me.
6. From Start --> Run type cmd
7. From the command prompt, type chkdsk X: /f where X is the drive letter assigned to the problem drive
8. Check Disk should repair the disk. Please update me after this step.

Remember, its not what life does to you, but what you do with what life does to you, that matters.

Nobody to help me?
In this case I should perhaps just reset? How?
Thank you
