Does anyone know a way to install a render farm software like Autodesk Backburner (perhaps through "Wine")? I'm not a hardcore Linux User but I do know a little.

Or perhaps install and configure a program like DrQueue ?

I do alot of 3D-rendering(MAYA & 3DSMAX) and my pogoplug would be an awesome render manager.  Any information would be very helpful.

Thanks

The resources available on the P/P are quite limited. I would think using such a platform would hamstring your efforts. Wine is out of the question. P/P doesn't have any gui to speak of, its CLI (command line interface) only. The mypogoplug.com site is the closest to a GUI you get, and I think that precludes running wine or any software that requires running a GUI.

Yes I agree, However if a program like DR Queue could be installed in perhaps an OPEN POGO format as I have Bit torrent currently installed it would be great. Dr Queue with a web based interface like "transmission" is on pogo-plug now.

Any thoughts or perhaps some help?

You can try installing Openpogo, then compiling DrQ from source yourself on the P/P. If that sounds too overwhelming, then your answer is likely No, it's not available. *shrug*

I have tried compiling applications, and there are significant limitations that prevent many applications from compiling properly. Worked at it for a long time with only marginal success at the best of times. If you desire to install Openpogo v2, it's much more flexible, but you lose mypogoplug.com connectivity.
