hi hope some can help ,just fill all the form to active the device ,and still awaiting on email so i can active it all,(yes have check email address) and its not in the junk, so tried rejoin using the s/n underneath and it keeps saying the number is wrong and go back , so far 3 hours have gone by and its still not working , i'm mean its not that hard to set up first time ,,anybody got any idea's, customer support not that quick out the block either

Relieved to hear that the email activation can take a while - I've been waiting about 30 minutes, but I'll try to be patient .....
Funny that the Forum activation is instant :(
I'll report back if and when I become activated.
Over one hour and counting, feel really disapointed as my excitment is fading away
Still waiting here, it's been 3.5 hours. It took a buddy of mine about 4 hours or so yesterday before he got his.
We're working on this now. Users still experiencing this should submit a support ticket at http://support.pogoplug.com/anonymous_requests/new
