My first post so I apologize in advance if this has been posted.  I just set up my pogo device.  I would like to know how you can file share a document for another user in my family.  I know how to setup a share connection via an e-mail where they can click on a link to download the file.  The problem is that when its downloaded remotely and I need to make a change, I want that User to be able to upload it to a specific folder.

Example:
I create a folder called TeacherDocuments and I want to share that folder and its contents.
My wife creates a document at home.  She saves the document onto one of the pogo enabled drives folder as stated above (TeacherDocuments).  She would like to access that file at her school, download it, work on the document there, upload it back to the same folder.  Is this possible?  Is their a time limit expiration for this method.

I appreaciate your reply in advance,

Chuck

When you share a folder, and enter the email address of the person to share with, just to the right of their email is a drop down where you can select the type of access they have. The default access is view/download, but you can select "Full Access". This should allow the person to upload new versions of the document you're trying to share (as well as other files if needed).

Hope that helps...

Hi Dave65,
Thanks for replying. I did see the option for view/dowload, but I didnt see the "FULL ACCESS" option. Where do I enable that?

Hrm... this is too simple. If you see the "Read/Download", just to the right of that click on the drop down arrow. "Full Access" is the next option. If that doesn't make sense, then you aren't looking at the same place I am.

Hello again,

This is what I see next to my e-mail address that I want to share.  Please forgive the background of the image below.  But as you can see, my option is only "View/Download" only.  I dont see "Full Access"

Thoughts?

Doing a bit more reading on the forums and it appears that there is no "Full Access" for individual files. This option is available only at the folder sharing level.

Okay, I figured it out. I saw it on another post that the "Full Access" is only available at the "Folder" level not individual files like I was trying to do. Sorry if my original post was not clear that I was attempting to share only specific files. With that in mind, I created another folder and created a "TestShare" for it and copy the files to it for testing. This time, the e-mail selected did have a "Full Access" option.

Now in my test, when I click on the link to navigate to the shared area, I was able to download the files, but I didnt see an "Upload" function if I want to overwrite it.

Can you point the way of my error in finding an "Upload" icon?
