THe Go flex dock is enables but I cannot get my computer to detect a drive... has this been an issue? What mayI be doing wrong. I am a pretty computer savvy person and I cannot figure out what the hang up is. TIA

Nevermind! I got it to work.

I noticed that it doesn't slide easily into the slot, I needed to "snap" it in the dock. I guess I was being too weak!

Everything is working great now.
