I found the instructions which tell how to use Active Copy to backup a folder but cannot see how to browse to a local folder in the "From" window.

So far everything has been easy ...

Thank you.

The from dialog shows up only when you click the "set up Active Copy on a new folder". Once you have selected that folder, you need to click the stop/start button so that the "change location" link shows up next to that Active Copy job, and then you can select the "to" folder. Hope that helps!

I think you misunderstood the problem. I cannot access the from folder (my local folder to backup) in the From window. I can only "see" the pogo drive folders.
Thank you.

I think I should be asking a different question - How do I get the PogoPlug software to open on my local computer. The drives show as network drives. On my office computer the PogoPlug software opens the correct window to be able to backup, (I can see my office local drives as well as the PogoPlug drives at home). At home that convenient window does not open. I am running Windows xp sp3 at home; Windows 7 at the office.

I have downloaded the software, it appears in the Programs list, and I can click on it - but nothing obvious happens.
Thank you.

Ah - that sounds like it might be a bad install or config issue - best to contact support - they should be able to help you out.
