I installed a Seagate GoFlex Net and it uses the PogoPlug app to stream media via the net.  I cannot get video to play on my Droid Incredible.  I took .avi files and using HandBrake converted them to .mp4 (tried using both MP4 and H.264 encoding).  Whenever I try to open the video from my GoFlex drive using the PogoPlug app, I get this file format is not supported.

The files previously worked in their original .avi format but I ran into the 10 second preview/transcoding issue already discussed here and was trying to avoid that.

Any suggestions anyone?  Thanks!

Have you sent a ticket off to Pogoplug Support?

Make sure that "Web Optimized" box is checked when you use handbrake to convert to mp4 (H.264). I am using Captivate and was having the same problem and read this trick somewhere in these forums. Worked for me.
