I put many video files on a drive attached to my Pogoplug device for streaming to my PS3. However, when Pogoplug goes through and makes the ten second thumbnails for the videos, they become the only accessible piece of the media. If I beat the device to it (as in it doesn't get a chance to make the thumbnails) the full videos are playable, but as soon as it gets a hold of them, I no longer can. Do I seriously have to wait for it to transcode every single piece of media after it decides to make the video thumbnails? I suppose I'll try turning them off next time.

Also, if I cancel a video transcode, it disappears from the list of transcode-able videos and I have to re-upload it.
