Well, since posting my initial messages, and following the directions Chris had posed, I still have the same problem. However, after some more troubleshooting, using different computers, having different friends try and upload, and going to coffee shops and using different computers I can better describe what is happening.
1) Uploading files to uploads@mypogoplug.com work and the files do show up there, most of the time anyway.
2) I can see the drive, download, play music, whatever remotely both inside my home, as well as remotely.
3) Using the client inside my home works great and file transfers to and from the drive using the shared P: drive created by the client work fine.
3) Simply cannot upload to the drive online remotely. Either the status bar hangs at 32.0k or if it is a smaller file it looks like it may have uploaded ok but no files show up. I have even had it show larger files look like they uploaded ok but they NEVER appear on the drive remotely.
HELP! Has anyone else ever run into this problem???? I have even taken the original 16 gig flash drive off and connected a 1TB drive to the PogoPlug seeing if changing the media would help. The only thing I have not changed is the router, but I figure if it receives emailed files and I can access files remotely (downloaded but not uploading) that is not the problem. I even updated my router's firmware and still no joy.
HELP! I really want to make this work and looking for other suggestions.

Ok, I have some success, somewhat. I currently use IE8, but decided to try something different and use FireFox.
After installing Firefox I tried to access my PogoPlug from a local coffee shop. I then tried to upload, and a different (non-Flash) looking interface popped up. That worked, I could upload successfully without hang or no upload at all.
So, my end all beat all question is, how can I NOT use, when using IE8, that FLASH interface for uploading and use the plain interface that was being used in Firefox to do my uploading? That works. The FLASH interface does NOT.
Thanks for any feedback anyone can provide.
