My blackberry pogoplug app isn't showing my external drive to look at files. It did on my other blackberry I had, but not on this new one. Is there a reason for this? I checked it on the website and it's showing my hard drive there.

Same with me..only with the same phone! When I first downloaded the app, I was able to click on "Seagate Free Agent" to view all the files on the drive but when I went to the PogoPlug app yesterday...with the same phone, same app, everything, that option was gone...only available items to click on were "files I share", "movies", "pictures", etc.

The problem that I found out was that I didn't have the Enable box checked under the Media settings on the My Pogoplug site. Now I can access my files.

Here is my problem and solution:
Problem: SeagateDockstart/Pogo was working fine with BB 9620, but after a couple weeks, the BB stop seeing the shared HDD, and any shared files. From the web interface, everything is still accessible.
I tried to reload the BB pogoplug software that did not work.

Solution: My BB software crashed the other day, after reload with the original software, all the functionality of Pogoplug came back.

By reload, I meant using the Software CD to reload the Operating System, basically like reload everything from scratch. Also pogoplug support suggest there will be new software for BB and ipod out soon.

Well, yesterday, when I logged in with my BB Storm to pogo, the option to click on "Seagate Free Agent" reappeared and I was able to access my files again. But still, I can't play the videos on that drive....music, pictures, other files work fine but get the "sorry unable to play video" error message for every video I try to play. As tamago said, support did respond and said they were working on a fix for the BB app that might help.
