I have a Seagate Freeagent Go 1tb drive in the dockstar. It will not find the drive,a thumb drive, or another external hard drive I have. It has never found the drives.This is very frustrating because Pogo Support can't seem to figure it out either.

I have tried to support standard suggestion to every problem, unplug, reboot, yadda yadda. Guess what? It as usual did not solve the situation.

HELP!

Maybe there is a currupt file on the Pogoplug itself?

I am not sure they can, but if support could resend your box the latest updated files again maybe that would do it.

Did you buy it new, used, refurb?

I'm having the same problem. New out of the box and my attached USB drive is not being seen by the POGO device. I've scanned the drive for file corruption, rebooted, unplugged the POGO, everything. No drive is detected.

I just bought a new Pogo Plug Pro and I am having the same problem. The only drive I can get it to see is one that is powered from a plugin. Does this have something to do with these mobile drives not having a separate power source?

I just bought one tonight brand new. The only drive I can get it to see is one that has a power cord. Does this have something to do with the mobile drives being powered through the USB? I have two that are powered that way and neither one of them are seen. Really frustrating!
