I appreciate that they value existing customers, but I already have two plugs on different locations and feel quite safe with that setup. So I don't need another plug. Please let me just upgrade my user status to Biz-user.

@crimsonredmk - Regular Pogoplugs will not be upgradable to Biz service, it's considered a separate product.

@Aaron--this promotion was announced in the middle of last year, so I'm thinking it's probably expired by now. However, feel free to email Pogoplug support (support@pogoplug.com) and ask them as well.
