The Movie "folder" you see in the Web UI is not a folder at all, but a filter. As long as your drive is hooked up to your Pogoplug, the movies on that drive should show up in the filter when you click on it. You will have to make sure that you have metadata processing turned on for your Pogoplug if you want that filter to work. This is the default setting, but you can check/change it in Settings -> Media Settings.
