A solution would be great as I have the same problem. I supect a conflict with software already installed (but which) as Pogodrive runs perfectly on my laptop.
All the best
Roger
I was wondering whether anyone could help me.
When I try and log in to my Pogodrive remotely using the Pogo system drive program, the program displays the screen asking me to select what Active Copy items I want to set up. There are two button displayed - "OK" and "Skip This Step". No matter which I click on, the program freezes and does not take me on to the main screen.
I have disabled my PC's anti-virus software and get the same problem with a variety of wi-fi and 3G dongle connections to the internet.
Any help would be very welcome.
Thanks,
Richard

In another forum, someone has suggested that this problem might be caused by a corrupt registry entry invalidating the login credentials. So something to try is to uninstall Pogoplug FS, delete the registry entries and re-install.
Also, try the online support people. In my experience they try quite hard to fix your problem.
Good luck!
Richard
Thanks Richard,
Tried tried the uninstal, registry clean and re-install - no joy. Online support next.

Richard,
Online support were very helpful. I seem to have had 2 issues but I have a solution for both. On checking my hard drive I did not have a directory called 'My Videos' the version on my desktop was called 'Roger's Videos'; I could not change the name for some reason so changed the pogoplug entry in the registry to 'Roger's Videos' from 'My Videos'. I then found the software stopped a little further on. This seemed to be caused because the mapping letter P was already allocated to a device. I have a printer with 6 card reader sockets and L through to Q were allocated to them. I disconnected the printer, ran the PogoDrive application (it worked and allocated the P: drive to pogoplug) and then reconnected my printer. I thought Windows should automatically manage the drive problem but obviously it did not in this case.
Hope this works for you.
All the best
Roger
