Every time I click on the scroll bar to move through my files, the multiple selection is enabled. Is this by design?. I think the correct behavior is to click and then drag for multiple selection, but not count the click if its made on the scroll bar. Im always messing up with my selection because of this.

Anyone else has this issue?. It happens with different browsers (IE,FF)

Wow, I never noticed this since I always use my scroll button to go through lists like this. I can confirm that this happens in Safari in Mac OS X.

It looks like when you click the arrow, it initiates a drag box for some reason; when you move your mouse to the folder you want, it ends up highlighting things in its path. Weird.

I'll make sure to forward this on to the folks at Pogoplug to have them take a look.

Hello Peter, it's nice that you could replicate the issue. Let's hope we can have a fix soon.

I just started noticing this a few days ago. I mostly use the Windows client and an Xbox 360 to stream videos so hadn't been in the web client in awhile. It was frustrating that it kept selecting a bunch of files.

Is there any update to this issue?

I'm using Google Chrome on Windows 7 and get the same problem. Click on the scroll bar and multiple selection is enabled. Its very annoying. Surely its a quick fix.
