I enabled streaming to PS3/X360 in the Media Settings and the videos show up on my PS3, but they are all only 10 seconds long. It basically is playing the preview versions of the videos instead of the entire video. I even tried going to the "Local Drives" area and all of those videos are also playing the preview.
Now the PS3 supports a lot of video formats: DiVx (.avi and .divx), WMV, MP4, MPG, MOV. Basically it supports everything except MKV format. 90% of my videos are .mpg, .wmv and .avi (divx). There's no reason for it to be displaying previews for WMV, DiVx, etc.
Why is this?

Okay I figured out the steps I needed to go through to get this to "work".
First I unchecked the check box to share with PS3/X360.
Second I disabled the to-preview generation.
Third I checked the check box to share with PS3/X360.
Now it's showing the non-transcoded preview versions on my PS3, but still showing the transcoded previews on my iPhone (well for some of the video anyway).
