This is strange - so you are having no problems accessing the My.Pogoplug service on your local machine then? I would try sharing a file to one of your own email addresses, then accessing it from a computer in your home or office that doesn't have you logged in, just as a test. This sounds more like a browser based or simple issue than a problem with your Pogoplug setup.

I have invited several people to share a jump drive that I have in my Seagate Dockstar and when they click on the link to go the the "pogoplug dashboard" there is nothing there. They have signed up for accounts and they still have a blank panel. I have verified that the drive is being shared with them. What else can I do?
