Is there anyway to eject a drive from my pogoplug (Seagate Dockstar) without having to use the website?  Most of how I use my pogoplug is on my internal network.

Thanks!

Nope. Not even SSH-ing in and "umount" will do it.

great.

so what happens if my internet access at home goes down and I need to remove a drive from the pogoplug?...will i end up corrupting my data on it?

In a similar vein, I accept that pulling out a drive without ejecting will corrupt the device, but what if there were a power cut? Should we invest in a UPS?
