We're trying to find your support ticket. Did you use another email address to write in?
Let's get you up and running. Send a new support request to support@pogoplug.com and we'll help.
I've got one ticket open because ActiveCopy fails consistently for me.
I've got another thread about Windows Drive chewing up memory.
Now I'm running into more problems with Drive. As I type this I have an explorer window open but not responding after I copied one folder to another. About 10 minutes ago I renamed the folder and the window hung and wouldn't respond. I killed the window and opened another and found the folder was renamed.
I can't help but wonder at what point do I abandon this and try an alternative plug. By the way, the Explorer window is still hung.
I can't get to the folder I copied, it just hangs, whether via Drive or mypogoplug. Now, mypogoplug is telling me the drive is not available.
I'm about done with this. I used to write software for a living. I'd be penniless and homeless if wrote stuff like this.
Now I'm trying to disable ActiveCopy on mypogoplug and get an error. I close the error window and reload activecopy and it's still enabled.
I then clicked the Enable/Disable all button, sat for a bit and got the same error. Two of the folder disabled but not the third. I tried removing the copy same FU**&&ing error.
I'm guessing like the last time, when the plug totally "f'd" up my drive, losing all my data, I'll be told to chk it from Windows. Really, REALLY? Amateur crap
I blogged about how I could replace my old power hungry computer with the Pogoplug. Turns out I still need the old computer to fix what Pogoplug screws up. Time to let people know what's going on.

I ejected the drive and attached to the Windows box and checked it, came up clean. The folder I was having the problems with was gone. I plugged it back into the plug and whammo, now, under Library, it says I have no drives attached (I had two, before ejecting then reinserting one of them. Under settings I see both drives.
Update: Still no drives attached - Of course, I really have 2 attached, but there's no convincing pogoplug of that.
Update2: I rebooted the plug and both drives are now showing.
Update3: Two of the ActiveCopies in mypogoplug show uptodate the third shows "error" (same as above, a meaningless 500 RPC error). I can't remove it. sigh, not ready for prime time software. I guess, I'll try and fix it with Windows again, seriously, is this the way things should work?

I've opened ticket 7512.
Current status - Plug can't see one of the drives. Specifically, the one the plug was reporting all the errors on. Ran multiple chkdsks and It works just fine from Windows. I'll work this using the ticket now. I've vented publicly enough.
