It sounds like you are having some technical issues, and I would recommend that you contact Pogoplug support to have them help you:

I've had the Pogo for about a month and initially thought this was exactly what I wanted after many hours of research on NAS drives. Now, my three external drives will show at times and won't at other tiimes. I have a 1TB Seagate and 2 1TB WD Elements drives. The 2 WD drives have been absolutely useless to me, my data won't show on them at all. The Seagate is available, but when I restart the computer it won't show. I click the Pogo program in my start menu to start the program and nothing. Sometimes the icon in the taskbar by the clock shows and other times it doesn't. I try to unplug my drives and the Pogo and replug them, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
I think I should have spent the extra $50 and went with the NAS drive. Any idea as to what I can do to fix this?
