Hi, wondering if it's just me but is there a way to upload a folder (with files within) rather than individual files?

I would be amazed if you can't so can't see what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks,

Anis

In the upload dialog you cannot select a folder directly but you can shift click on all of the files inside that folder to select them for upload. However, subfolders will not be selected if they exist.

Your other option is to download, install, and use Pogoplug Drive which will mount your Pogoplug as a drive on your computer and then you can simply drag and drop the folder to where you want it.

Thanks Mike for your reply. The reason for the question in the first place is as follows. I have files on my work PC that I would like to be able to upload to the pogoplug as and when I need to. So Pogoplug drive won't work in that respect as my Pogoplug is plugged into my home PC. Also, I quite like the idea of being able to upload a group of photos while I am on holiday to the pogoplug allowing family/friends to see the photos prior to me getting back from holiday. Same with music really. If I have a CD or download in the office then I want to be able to upload to the Pogoplug thereby updating my music library at home before I have even got home. That would then work well with my multi room music system which is then up to date with music that I may have at a different location to where my pogoplug is plugged in.

Thanks for highlighting the fact that I can shift click multiple files. That is useful as I can create a new folder on mypogoplug and then upload the multiple files into that new folder.

Thanks again.
