I've only had Pogo for a few days so this is a learn as I go. My problem is my "invitees"

are unable to view the file I want them to view.

In the Media Processing Options I have Auto-generate full transcode selected.

I check the "Click here to see videos eligible for a full-transcode" and there are none.

Am I missing a vital setting?

Can the problem be at the receiving end?

I've gone through the forum and cannot find an answer to my problem.
