I get a brand new drive ...

I format it (in Mac) ....

I title it "Backup" (or something) ...

I attach it to Pogo, and it works fine, Pogo finds it and I'm happy. I can mount it and access it via the browswer as well.

my question: the drive shows up in the pogo system as its original "hardware" name, which is WDC WD20 EARS-00S8B1.

Is there any way to change the name of the drive in the pogo hierarchy, so that it's "Backup" instead of WDC WD20 EARS-00S8B1 ?

thanks again,

Will

You can rename the drive(s) at my.pogoplug.com.

my.pogoplug.com> settings> rename (should be right next to where it says "WDC WD20 EARS-00S8B1)
