I have a pogoplug at home and just bought another pogoplug to use as a remote backup.  When I activate active copy and pick my source and destination folders, I get this error:

An unhandled RPC exception occurred on method feature
Command: 500 [Unspecified server error]

Any idea what the issue is?  I tried sharing the source and destination folders, no joy. I then tried sharing the drive, again, no joy.

What am I missing?

they had me shutdown the drive, remove it, bring it up to my computer and run chkdsk on it. plugged back into pogoplug and it seems to be working great now. hope that works for you as well.

I had the same issue today, but my Pogo is at a remote location.

An unhandled RPC exception occurred on method featureCommand: 500 [Unspecified server error]

The drive shows up on the left in the web interface, but I can't see any of it's media.

Instead I see this message.

This drive is not available.

It's been showing "Processing media. Access may be slower until finished." for several days and I saw the RPC error when i tried to stop it from processing media, which failed.

I will try these steps next time I can get to my pogo plug
