Does anyone know if the magicJack phone interface would work with the PogoPlug?  It shows up as USB hard drives on my computer.  I want to put it in the garage and have it tied to my phone system without having to run a full computer out there in the heat.  For the price of the Pogo I could buy two or three for the price of a real computer!

The Pogoplug is designed to work exclusively with USB storage devices, so the MagicJack will most likely not work at all in the way you describe.

I also have a MagicJack, but I've never attempted this. I'm almost positive that it wouldn't work though because Pogoplug is built of Linux and MagicJack doesn't run on Linux (at least not last time I checked). Your best bet would probably be to just buy an old, used laptop and connect your MagicJack to that (that's what I did).
