i have iPhone and uploaded avi, mpg, but none will play on iphone.

can i ONLY play mp4 ??

No, make sure you turn on transcoding

click on settings in the web interface (at the top of the my.pogoplug.com screen)
Then media settings on the left hand side of the screen.

done all that,
its a 50mb .mpg, after its transcoded, i try on iphone
and get booted out of app............zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
