I've downloaded the software (for Mac), but I can't upload any folders. I'm also not sure what the difference is between "Files Shared with me" and "Generic External." The latter says I have no room, and the other one keeps saying I don't have permission to copy my folders. I thought this thing was supposed to let me access my ENTIRE MACHINE. This is a real hassle having to upload folders one at a time. And why doesn't this thing come with instructions. No point in keeping it simple when it doesn't even work. Did I just blow $150?? on something I can do with my .Mac account?? Still not even sure what the benefit of this thing is.
