i have almost the same problem, i have 1 HD with 2 partition, one NTFS and other HFS+ (i guess).... i had it hooked on my mac before, and was able to see both... but now, after i hooked it on pogo, and install the pogoplug drive for mac, i just see 1 (HFS +) ....
i attatched a powered usb hub today. the xp machine sees all the drives, the parallels machines see all the drives, the website sees all the drives. the macintosh sees only one drive and there are no other places to click for the other drives. running 10.6.3 on the macs.
