This sounds pretty basic, but I would try disconnecting the drive, rebooting the Pogoplug, then reconnecting the drive, and re-logging back in. That's probably the simplest thing you can do to troubleshoot the Plug.

If that does not work, I would suggest running a drive maintenance program on the hard drive - there could be a corruption issue with the data present on the drive that the Pogoplug cannot repair, causing it to have difficulty reading the drive.

Also, have you tried the Drive Application? If you can see files in the Drive App, but not in the web app, that would be a good thing to know. You can also contact Pogoplug support if all basic troubleshooting fails.
