The Blackberry application is current designed to reduce the size of the photo when you download it, thus saving bandwidth. The photo remains in its original state on the hard drive. I will add a request in our system to keep the file size the same for the next update we make to the application.
Hi,
First of all I want to say thanks for creating such a simple way of sharing files. We are a small business that operates across the UK and Europe and have tried a number of different solutions. Pogoplug was simple to install and so far it seems to do what it says on the tin.
I have run into a few problems with the blackberry app that seems to reduce the resolution of images when they are downloaded from the plug to the phone. Is this a feature and is there anyway of turning it off? We have remote sales staff that often need to download images to attach to emails for sending on to clients whilst they are out of the office on the fly.
Any help, tips or workarounds would be great.
Thanks,
Duncan
Is there an easy way to take a pic on my blackberry and send it to mypogoplug using the Blackberry app?

Just navigate to where you want to upload the photo to within the app and then press the menu button and select 'upload' then find the photo on your phone.
Using my blackberry, I can log on and locate an image file, but can not view it. What am i doing wrong?
Hey, pogo plug got back to the office before I did and fixed the issue.
FYI- If you have my problem contact customer service.
