Hi Folks

Ive connected my Pogo to my Western Digital My book but for some reason the Pogo cannot see the WD storage.

Does any one have any ideas why this is?

Any help would be really appreciated

Many thanks

Just a suggestion, make sure the firmware on your My Book is up to date. When I got my 'My Book' (a while back) they gave out several errors until I updated them. Since then no issues.

I am just at the end of this road. The problem is an idiotic decision by Western Disgital to set aside a "virtual CD' on the drive in order to contain their SCSI Enclosure/Smartware software. It looks to me like the Pogo sees the the virtual CD partition, but not the "hard drive" partition. So it looks like your drive is no bigger than a CD. Great move, Western Digital. Fortunately, I can still take my drive back to Sam's. Please take the time to let Western Digital know how much you appreciate their crippling your drive with this stupid feature.
