I'm trying to use the Active Copy feature to set up a remote backup plan between one hard drive connected to a PogoPlug at my home and another hard drive connected to a remote PogoPlug.  At the remote location AND at my home, when I choose source and destination folders for active copy,  and then click OK, I get the following message:

ERROR

An unhandled RPC expection occurred on method featureCommand: 500 [unspecified server error].

I cleared my cache at the remote location and that did not correct the problem.  Now I have tried the same thing at my home and, also after clearing my cache, continue to get that error message.  Please help!

Got the same just now, in the ActiveSync screen, without doing anything but disabling/enabling one sync task to see whether it REALLY was up-to-date, like it said it was (but sometimes is not(?) - so I just checked).

I am currently working with one PogoPlug in a small business environment, after the successes of using a PogoPlug at home. All seems/seemed to work well, but now one of the users claimed he got stuck (opening the folder) after renaming a folder, while having the rights to create/edit in this branch (including this folder, so the user rights are set on a folder somewhat "higher" in the tree). Actually, the renaming seemed to work, but after that, the problems started. Renaming the folder back to the original name "solved" the problem.

Don't know if it is interrelated, but any clue what's going on and how to fix this?

I hope there's a quick fix, I am planning on writing a small review on my Blog, hoping to open up the Dutch market to you guys. (My came both shipped including the wrong power cable (UK style [wrong] instead of the European style [correct]).

they had me shutdown the drive, remove it, bring it up to my computer and run chkdsk on it. plugged back into pogoplug and it seems to be working great now. hope that works for you as well.
