Nope, this is definitely an intended use of Active Copy to my knowledge. If you are changing/updating/adding files on the first drive and they are not getting mirrored on the second, then I would contact Pogoplug support to have them help out.

Just for a quick and obvious test, try adding a file on drive 2 and see if it gets mirrored on drive 1 - maybe they were accidentally swapped when you set them up. Totally obvious, I know, but worth double checking!
