I cannot find an email for prospective customers only support for existing customers. Can one be posted as I have questions which are not in the FAQ.

While this forum doesn't have a ton of activity, you could also try asking questions here, there are some pretty knowledgeable people around.

Before I bought mine I sent an email to support@ about desktop-app support for Mac OSX 10.4. They answered my question 3 hours and 21 minutes later.
