The only way at the moment to do this is to delete .cedata - it's a bit of a pain, since this will force your drive to rescan, regenerate thumbnails and icons and retranscode video if you're using the feature.
We do have the ability to delete individual transcodes and thumbnails as a feature request in our production roadmap, but I'm afraid I don't have a release vehicle identified for this yet.

Anyone else have the problem of the Photos shown in My Library section showing photo previews of deleted photos?
How do I get the My Library to show only the previews (icon) of the current photo files?
How do I erase these old icon markers so I only see the current????
Help would greatly be appreciated on this since I have a few to clean up
