It's also my experience with PogoPlug, by now!
My issue is mainly upload to the PogoPlug of quite large files (hundreds of Megs).
Often there are, here in Italy, short ISP interruption that break momentarily the network link.
While other protocols can resist I see that both the browser app and the Mac/Win native one aren't able to recover the copy after the short line loss.
Is there anything that could be done to make the protocol more robust?
Thanks a lot!
I live in a very rual area and use a wisp to get internet service. I have been trying to share 6gb-7gb files but my clients say the files fail at different points before they are done. I am sure its just dropouts with my wisp but it would be great if Pogoplug supported a resume download function. It really makes you mad when a someone gets a download from you to 85% and it stops. With large files it takes alot of time haveing to restart from scratch if you have problems in the connection.
